With 25 years in education & leadership development, I've helped a lot of people discover that blend of skill, satisfaction, & growth that open the path to empowered flourishing. I've been a coach, entrepreneur, director, trainer & facilitator, teacher, academic adviser, & researcher. In all of it, I flourish where discovery actually connects with real life & personal transformation. I live for the moments when people realize they can do & be more. 

I've spent several decades, degrees, & career paths to find myself in this work. I've read more books, attended more workshops, & had more conversations than I can count to chart my own course. I can relate to the journey of finding more than you're looking for. I am most alive helping people navigate into where they feel most alive.
